Swandor Hotels & Resorts, which includes PGS Hotels and Dessole Hotels, provides service with more than 15 hotels in 5 different countries. We decided to determine the brand hierarchy and structure before creating the digital presence of the brand, which does not have any work on social media. We determined digital strategies by creating umbrella brands and sub-brands. After the strategy was determined, we prepared a ‘social media guide’ for all management globally. With this guide, social media and digital strategies were explained to all country managers. Thanks to the studies carried out, the hotels within Swandor Hotels & Resorts continue their activities in a way that has achieved a standard in the global brand dimension in digital.
