
Founded in 2010 within Pegas Touristik, one of the 10 largest tour operators in the world, PGS Hotels provides services with an ultra all-inclusive concept in Türkiye and Thailand. There was no social media account for PGS KiriÅŸ Resort, one of PGS Hotels’ hotels in Turkey. A digital road map was prepared by positioning the brand for the brand that did not have digital awareness. In line with this strategy, content suitable for the brand’s audience was prepared and regular and continuous communication was established with its followers. With this communication; While it initially reached 500 people, this number reached 200,000 people seasonally. PGS KiriÅŸ Resort achieved 400% growth in terms of both interaction and community according to its 2017 Instagram strategy. A 300% – 400% increase in traffic was achieved through advertising planning carried out on social media.
